Terms & Conditions


Payments, Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Full payment is due with reservation.
  • No refunds for any unused portion of the travel packages.
  • Most major credit cards accepted.
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement of a certain event, Worldtek shall not be responsible for accommodations or transportation beyond the scheduled date of a certain event. Worldtek will provide refunds only to the extent that refunds are available to Worldtek.
  • Traveler must check into hotel on scheduled arrival day of package to avoid being considered a “no show”. If a traveler is a “no show,” Worldtek is not responsible for providing any unused portions of the package to the traveler.

 

Event & Game Tickets:

  • Worldtek cannot change the name of the person picking up the tickets after the order is placed.
  • Event tickets cannot be guaranteed together, nor can specific rows, sections or areas of venue.
  • Worldtek is not responsible for theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of any tickets mailed, express delivered or theft at will-call.

 

Young Children and Mobility Impaired:

Substantial walking distance and limited accommodations for devices such as car seats, strollers and wheelchairs make their use difficult. With adequate notice, Worldtek will make reasonable effort to assist guests requiring special arrangements. Qualified companion must accompany guests who will need any form of individual assistance.

 

3rd and 4th Persons in a Room and Rollaway:

Rooms with double beds can accommodate a maximum of four people, rollaways can be accommodated. Rooms with a king bed can accommodate a rollaway bed for an extra charge. All requests are subject to confirmation from the hotel.

 

Responsibility:

Worldtek is acting as an independent intermediary and agent of suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company, such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours and event tickets. This company shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused by any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the company’s control. By embarking upon travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assume all risks and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.

Your booking shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on companions or group members. Worldtek reserves the right to withdraw the tour at any time or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in its sole judgment, conditions warrant or if it deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour.

 

Insurance:

Trip cancellation, health, accident and baggage insurance is available on an optional basis. Trip cancellation coverage provides for reimbursement of prepaid, non-refundable travel arrangements in the event that death, accident or sickness of the insured or his/her immediate family prevents him/her from departing on the trip or forces his/her return prior to the specified date of return. Guests can secure their own insurance or applications for said insurance can be sent to Worldtek upon request.
