Tax Rate: 12.5% state/local tax + $0.23 Commerce tax (subject to change) 

 

Check-in Time: 4:00pm         Check-out Time: 12 Noon

 

Parking Fees: On-site parking, fee: $10.00 hourly, $22.00 daily Valet parking, fee: $32.00 daily In/out privileges including in self and valet parking rates

Deposit Information: All reservations require a one night deposit that is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. If using a credit card to guarantee, the hotel may charge one night plus tax to your credit card approximately 30 days prior to arrival.

Cut-off Date for Reservations and Changes: The established cut-off date for making changes or new reservations at the CMAA Conference rate is January 6, 2010. After this date, requests for changes and new reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.  After January 27, 2010, all changes must be made directly with the hotel. Make a note of the name of the person you speak with when changing your reservation.

Cancellations: Should you find you must cancel your plans to attend, remember to cancel your hotel reservation. All cancellations must be made with CMAA Travel prior to January 27, 2010. CMAA Travel will issue a cancellation number that you should record as proof of your cancellation. After January  27, 2010, all cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Make a note of the name of the person you speak with when canceling your reservation.  Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in a penalty equal to one night room and tax. 

No-Show: 
Don't be a "no-show".  Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your room for the remainder of the stay.

Please note that tax rates and fees are subject to change and that all room types and special requests
are subject to availability by the hotel upon arrival.
